In order to help reduce the anxiety that Student A feels I made a visual timetable for him to be displayed in the classroom. I have included two different variations of visual/pictorial timetables. The image on the left is a daily timetable that can be rearranged each day as needed. The image on the right is a weekly timetable that can be stuck to Student A's desk for easy reference. They could be used independently of each other, however I have designed these ones to correspond with each other. The colours on the daily timetable will match Monday's timetable on the weekly one.
The daily timetable can also be used by everyone in the class including the students who are learning English as a second language. This type of timetable is easy to make. The images I have used were found on Google Images. Student A could also be responsible for changing it each morning when he comes into class.
